Jen Pla APS

Jennifer Pla, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, RYT

Philosophy:  As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to uncover my client's goals, dreams and values. With that information, together we will create a step-by-step plan to attain their goals. While learning is different for everyone, I believe neurodiversity as a strength that I nurture in my practice.  While we cannot change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to support your goals.

Background:  I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 20 years of experience working with thousands of clients in the areas of organization, academics, relationships, careers, behaviors, and social and emotional development. After graduating from the University of Maryland in 2009 with a degree in Psychology, I received my Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed.).  Additionally, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Meditation Teacher, and Reiki practitioner.
